The NCV4254C is a monolithically integrated low-leakage tracking regulator for an adjustable buffered output voltage that closely tracks a reference input voltage. The output is capable of up to 70 mA and can be configured to be above, below or equal to the reference voltage. This part can be used in automotive applications with remote sensors, or where isolation of the output of other voltage regulators is required. The NCV4254C also allows users to quickly upgrade modules when higher currents are required that cannot be provided by existing regulators.
